Omnio is a Norwegian consulting and development company. We help leaders and teams turn strategy into lasting change in daily work, across business, technology, organization and culture. We also own and develop two products that carry the work forward: Varde and Syntropio.
We don’t believe the next era of work is technology replacing people. We believe it is people and AI working better together. Most organizations do not lack knowledge. They lack flow: knowledge, decisions and learning that connect. That is what we work on.
Advice and products from the same source. The methods we use with customers are the same ones built into our products. So the insight does not disappear when the project ends. It lives on in the organization.
